本文对慢性阻塞性脑疾患的氧疗湿化液做了改良，并进行了临床观察和探讨。以抗菌、消炎、溶痰、平喘的组合药液取代单纯蒸馏水进行湿化给氧并将两组不同湿化液给氧者进行疗效对比观察，结果显示：单纯蒸馏水给氧组总有效率为69．6％，改良湿化液给氧组总有效率为94．9％，两组疗效对比有显著性差异（P＜0．005）。认为改良湿化液给氧的方法简便易行，疗效确切，值得推广。
In this paper, oxygen therapy of chronic obstructive brain disease has improved the wetting fluid, and the clinical observation and discussion. To antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, phlegm, anti-asthma combination of liquid instead of pure distilled water to wet oxygen and the two groups of different moisturizing fluid oxygen were compared the efficacy of the results showed that: pure distilled water oxygen group total efficiency of 69.6%. The total effective rate was 94.9% in the humidified liquid group and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.005). The method of improving moisturizing fluid to oxygen is simple, effective and worth promoting.
