四、传感器的外壳 传感器的外壳对传感器的正常工作和使用寿命有很大影响。外壳的主要作用如下:1) 机械保护。使外物不能碰到传感器,以免损伤;2) 过载保护。超过额定重量时,超重部分作用在外壳安全支架上,使传感器不致损坏;3) 化学保护。外壳密封,内部充以惰性气体使应变胶、应变片不与空气中的氧接触,以保持其性能不变;4) 平衡水平力,使作用到传感器上的力仅为垂直力。作为例子我们看几种外壳。
