本文选取湖南科技学院体育系08、09级田径专选班学生(男生)各50人为实验对象,在田径专选课跳远教学中应用成就目标定向理论进行实验研究,结果表明:在实验中实验组学生对跳远技术动作和理论知识的掌握均要优于对照组学生,从而验证了在跳远教学过程中培养个体成就目标定向能形成更加优良的课堂气氛,促进个体学习的欲望,强化个体学习动机,有利于学生对跳远技术动作的学习与掌握。
In this paper, we selected 50 students (male) from 08,09 athletics class in Hunan University of Science and Technology as the experimental subjects, and applied the achievement goal orientation theory to the long jump teaching of the track and field special class. The results showed that in experimental group, The mastery of long jump technique and theoretical knowledge is better than that of the control group students, which proves that training individual achievement goal orientation in long jump teaching can form more excellent classroom atmosphere, promote individual learning desire and strengthen individual learning motivation. It is good for students to learn and master the technical movements of long jump.
