目的研究水溶液中乌头碱的水解动力学特征。方法采用HPLC法测定乌头碱在不同pH值的缓冲溶液和不同温度下的水解动力学参数。结果随着pH值的增加,乌头碱水解速率明显加快;同一缓冲液里,随着温度升高,乌头碱水解速率加快;乌头碱的表观活化能随溶液中缓冲液pH值升高而降低。结论乌头碱在碱性条件下不稳定,其水解属于一级水解反应,水解速率与溶液pH值及温度有关。
Objective To study the hydrolysis kinetics of aconitine in aqueous solution. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the kinetic parameters of aconitine at different pH values in buffer solution and at different temperatures. Results With the increase of pH value, the rate of aconitine hydrolysis was significantly increased. In the same buffer, the aconitine hydrolysis rate increased with the increase of temperature. The apparent activation energy of aconitine increased with the increase of pH value High and lower. CONCLUSION Aconitine is unstable under alkaline conditions and its hydrolysis belongs to the first-order hydrolysis reaction. The hydrolysis rate is related to the pH and temperature of the solution.
