鸡西市佳源煤炭销售有限责任公司在企业发展的道路上,已经取得了一定的成绩,在民营企业的管理上也取得了一些经验。如何把公司做大做强,在民营企业管理上走出一条既不同于计划经济体制下企业的管理模式,又不同于市场经济体制下个体户的管理模式,这是我们急待解决的问题。回顾公司成立九年来的历程,值得总结的有以下几点:一、抓整章建制实施规范化管理关键是落到实处。公司成立之初,矿井就是个小煤窑,设备简陋,巷道失修,管理不严,人心松散。面对千头万绪,我们从加强管理人手,狠抓整章建制。首先重新制订考勤制度和各工种岗位责任制,对员工班中喝酒、打扑克、迟到、早退、无故旷工者给予处罚,违反三次坚决辞退。订一百条制度,不如落实一条。
