本文采用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳法发现一种快泳异常血红蛋白,电泳(pH8.6)速度相当于HbJ组。化学结构分析证明此变异体为Hb JBangkok[β56(D7)Gly→Asp]。先证者系江西上饶籍,家系调查显示5名成员中有4名携带有相同的异常血红蛋白,表明上饶人中存在有HbJ Bangkok基因。
In this paper, a fast-swimming abnormal hemoglobin was found by using cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis. The electrophoresis (pH8.6) speed was equivalent to HbJ group. Chemical structure analysis confirmed that this variant was Hb JBangkok [β56 (D7) Gly → Asp]. The proband was from Shangrao, Jiangxi. A pedigree survey showed that 4 out of 5 members carried the same abnormal hemoglobin, indicating that there is HbJ Bangkok gene in Shangrao.
