阐述了油井固井作业中常见胶乳水泥的类型、特性及作用机理。从水泥浆和水泥石两方面对比分析了油井胶乳水泥与常规水泥的特性，其主要差异表现在弹性上。介绍了油井胶乳水泥在美国东德克萨斯地区３口井中的应用情况。
The types, characteristics and mechanism of common latex cement in well cementing operations are expounded. The characteristics of oil well latex cement and conventional cement are compared and analyzed from the aspects of cement slurry and cement stone. The main difference lies in the elasticity. The application situation of oil well latex cement in 3 wells in East Texas area was introduced.
