文章针对新研航天产品没有现成的控制谱形可借鉴的问题,为了获得试验规范要求的控制谱形,设计了冲击试验方案,通过开展大量试验采集试验谱形数据,由最小二乘法获得摆角、波形发生器、缓冲垫等各因素组合下的最优拟合曲线,并归纳汇总获得标准谱形,形成摆冲试验系统标准谱形调试数据库,再经过多个工程型号试验验证了其有效性和便捷性。分析摆角、波形发生器刚度、缓冲垫类型、夹具重量及装夹螺钉数量对冲击响应谱形的影响,总结形成摆锤式冲击试验机调试方法。研究成果有助于指导航天产品冲击响应谱试验控制谱形的快速确立,以缩短调试时间,降低试验风险。
