目的:制备细胞色素c(Cyt c)/丙三醇(GLY)修饰电极并探讨其电化学行为。方法:采用循环伏安法探讨了细胞色素c(Cyt c)/丙三醇(GLY)修饰的金电极的电化学行为。结果:细胞色素c/丙三醇修饰金电极呈现一对峰型良好的准可逆氧化还原峰,峰电流与扫描速度呈线性关系,说明该电极过程是表面控制过程。最佳pH=7.0,离子强度对修饰电极的影响不大。该修饰电极对过氧化氢具有良好的催化性能。结论:该修饰电极重现性和稳定性较好。
Objective: To prepare cytochrome c (Cyt c) / glycerol (GLY) modified electrode and investigate its electrochemical behavior. Methods: Cyclic voltammetry was used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of cytochrome c (Cyt c) / glycerol (GLY) modified gold electrodes. RESULTS: A pair of gold electrodes modified with cytochrome c / glycerol showed a good quasi-reversible redox peak. The peak current was linear with the scanning speed, indicating that the electrode process was a surface-controlled process. The best pH = 7.0, the ionic strength of the modified electrode has little effect. The modified electrode has good catalytic performance for hydrogen peroxide. Conclusion: The modified electrode has good reproducibility and stability.
