In order to explore the mating mechanism of the male and female adults of Batocera lineolata Chevrolat, the mating behavior of the male and female adults of the genus Spottedra was studied by a combination of the automatic recording and analysis of the indoor feeding observation and the video track capture system (Etho Vision 3.1) . The behavioral analyzer analysis showed that during the meeting of female and male, male and female, the male and female were significantly longer than the female and male at the time of trajectory intersection and net relative movement (P <0.05), but significantly shorter than that of female and male And male and male encounter (P <0.05). Laboratory tests showed that the encounter of M. capitata adults included avoidance, fighting and mating. Female estrus encounter avoidance frequency of up to 80.98% (P <0.05). The frequency of avoidance of male and female encounters was 78.03%, which was significantly higher than the frequency of fighting (21.96%) (P <0.05). The frequencies of avoidance of female and male adult encounters were significantly higher than those of the other three [ Fighting (continuing to mate), fighting (ending to mate), fighting (subsequent mate)] (P <0.05), and frequency of avoidance, fighting (mating continued) and fighting (ending mate) There was a gender difference (P <0.05). When the male-male encounter is the first encounter, the frequency of the fight is significantly higher than that of the second encounter (P <0.05). The adults meet again on the frequency of avoiding the male-male encounter (P <0.05). The mating frequency of males and females at the first encounter was significantly higher than that at the first encounter (P <0.05). Study on the encounter behavior of adult Spotted Beetles To provide a basis for the study on the calling mechanism of Spotted Beetle, the biosynthesis of sex pheromones and the behavior of adult reproduction.
