远安断裂带是鄂中地区主要的活动发震构造。本文以野外实地考察资料为基础,着重研究了断裂带上的新构造活动迹象及其型式,并且对地震活动的时、空、强特征进行了分析。认为:沿带地震的产生是大断裂两盘岩块相对错移的产物;而南、北两段地震活动在强度、频度和震中位置上的差异表现,则是与发震断裂本身各段的结构、组合、构造变形以及新活动型式相联系的。
The Yuan’an fault zone is the main active seismogenic structure in central Hubei. Based on field investigation data, this paper focuses on the signs and the types of new tectonic activities on the fault zone, and analyzes the characteristics of time, space and intensity of the seismic activity. It is considered that the occurrence of the earthquake along the belt is the product of the relative displacement between the two rock masses in the great fault. The difference of the seismic activity in the south and the north between the intensity, the frequency and the epicenter position is related to the seismogenic fault The structure, the combination, the tectonic deformation and the new activity pattern.
