基于ABAQUS有限元软件,以“贡献面积”为刚度分配原则,研究机场混凝土道面板接缝的挠度传荷系数及其与接缝刚度的关系。结果表明:挠度传荷系数受地基反应模量、荷载作用、板厚等的影响不明显,而与接缝刚度对数存在稳定的显著关系。进一步结合混凝土道面板模型试验,实测了板接缝处传力杆的弯曲应力、剪切应力以及受荷板和传荷板的挠度变形,并确定道面板模型的接缝刚度与传荷系数。通过与理论结果比较,最终建立了基于挠度传荷系数的道面接缝刚度反演模型,为机场刚性道面接缝设计提供参考依据。
Based on the ABAQUS finite element software and the “contribution area” as the principle of stiffness distribution, the deflection transfer coefficient of airport concrete slab joints and its relationship with the joint stiffness are studied. The results show that the deflection transfer coefficient is not affected by the modulus of foundation, loading, thickness and so on, but has a significant relationship with the logarithm of joint rigidity. Combined with the concrete pavement panel model test, the bending stress, shear stress and the deflection of the load plate and the load plate were measured. The joint stiffness and load transfer coefficient of the pavement panel model were determined. Through the comparison with the theoretical results, the stiffness inversion model of pavement joints based on deflection transfer coefficient is finally established, which provides a reference for the design of airport rigid pavement joints.
