许多研究表明,垂体前叶存在一组FSH的异构体(iso-FSH),由于碳水化合物部分的微异质性,使它们在分子量、等电特性、生物活性及半衰期等方面存在差异。最近,美国学者根据这些iso-FSH的不同等电特性,在pH为7~4的梯度范围内,用PBE-94柱进行层析,结果得到4个iso-FSH峰(PⅠ、PⅡ、PⅢ、PⅣ),然后分别用生物学和放免检测法测定其生物学活性和免疫活性,并计算两者的比值(B/I),结果显示,PⅠ、PⅡ、PⅢ、PⅣ的B/I值分别为0.1、8、57、2,提示PI组份中的生物学活性较低,主要表现为免疫活性。进一步研究又发现,给性功能低下的妇女使用GnRH拮抗剂后,可使血中FSH的生物学活性
Numerous studies have shown that there is a group of FSH isoforms (iso-FSH) present in the anterior pituitary, which differ in molecular weight, isoelectric properties, bioactivity and half-life due to the heterogeneity of carbohydrate moieties. Recently, American scholars based on the isoelectric properties of these iso-FSHs, chromatographed on a PBE-94 column in a pH range of 7 to 4 resulted in four iso-FSH peaks (PⅠ, PⅡ, PⅢ, PIV). The biological activity and immunological activity were measured by biological and radioimmunoassay. The ratio of B / I was calculated. The results showed that the B / I values of PⅠ, PⅡ, PⅢ and PⅣ were 0.1,8,57,2, suggesting that the biological activity of the PI component is low, mainly manifested as immune activity. Further study also found that, to the sexual dysfunction of women using GnRH antagonist, the blood FSH can make the biological activity
