室内初步试验了敌敌畏等5种杀虫剂对茄二十八星瓢虫的毒力效果,并从中挑选出杀虫效果较好的敌敌畏、速灭杀丁、害极灭3种杀虫剂,研究其对茄二十八星瓢虫优势寄生蜂——瓢虫柄腹姬小蜂的影响。结果表明:敌敌畏、速灭杀丁、害极灭在大田常规使用浓度范围内,对瓢虫杀伤力强、死亡率达90%以上;对寄生蜂的毒力依次为敌敌畏>速灭杀丁>害极灭,各浓度对寄生7d后蜂蛹影响不大,但对寄生1~5d的蜂幼阶段危害很大;害极灭5000倍,速灭杀丁4000~6000倍,敌敌畏8000倍时,低龄蜂幼能少量出蜂,并且羽化出的蜂繁殖力与正常蜂无显示差别。
