作者自行设计了一个小鼠急性热应激装置,该装置可使小鼠在极短的时间内形成急性热应激。在热应激期间,动物肛温与经受热应激的时间具有极好的线性关系(r=0.999872)。同时进行了氯丙嗪和安定对急性热应激防护作用的研究,结果表明:氯丙嗪可使小鼠急性热应激形成的时间明显推迟至25.75min(对照组为15.95min),安定对急性热应激的形成也有一定的抑制作用。本装置具有灵敏、准确、重复性好和易于操作等特点。
The authors designed a mouse acute thermal stress device, the device can make mice in a very short period of time the formation of acute thermal stress.
