目的:评价逆向工程软件Mimics在Cotton骨折手术治疗中的应用价值.方法:2015年3月到2016年10月医院收治的5例Cotton骨折病人,术前通过螺旋CT扫描损伤踝关节所获得的DIC0M格式的数据,利用PACS导入到逆向工程软件Mimicsl8.0软件中完成阈值分割、区域增长等数字建模操作,期间进行颜色标记、测量、多角度观察的方式明确包括骨折分型、粉碎程度及所需内固定尺寸、数量和种类等详细情况,并进行术前的模拟复位,从而指导Cotton骨折手术方案的制定.结果:参与研究的5例病患术后2 4个月后均达到临床愈合标准要求,临床愈合的时间平均为(2.6±1.3)m,临床分型及内固定尺寸、数量和种类准确率为100%,Baird-Jackson踝关节功能评分平均为78.8±10.6,预后优良率为80.0%.结论:逆向工程软件Mimics辅助治疗Cotton骨折,通过计算、测量可全面且直观的了解各骨折断端的立体关系,为Cotton骨折手术方案的制定提供了重要的参考.“,”Objective:To evaluate the applied value of the reverse engineering software mimics in the surgical treatment of complicated cotton fractures.Methods:The data of DICOM format acquired by spiral CT scanning of injured ankle was put into Mimics18.0 to complete digital modeling operation of threshold segmentation and region growing and so on by PACS,fracture type and crushing degree,the size and kind and amount for internal fixation was made clear through maker and measurement,multi-angle observation during the preoperative time,and simulating reduction of cotton fracture,thus the operation scheme of cotton fracture was guided.Results:5 cases of postoperative patients achieved clinical healing after 2-4 months,the clinical and averaged healing time was (2.6.3) m the accuracy rate of dirical d asification and kirds,sizes and an unts of irt ernal fixation was 100% tie averaged score of Baird-Jackson ankde function was (78.8 0.6),the excellent and good ratews 80.0% Gnclicn:Re verse engireering scf tw re Mimics help treat cotton fracture,being comprehensive and intuitive understanding of the three-dimensional relationship through the calculation and measurement,an important reference is provided for cotton fracture surgery scheme.
