用反相离子对高效液相色谱法对三磷酸腺苷二钠原料(以下简称ATP)及4种制剂进行定性定量。色谱条件:流动相为10%乙腈-水(含15mmolIPR-A);紫外检测波长254nm;色谱柱为国产YWG-C_(18)。线性范围0.4~2.0μg,相关系数γ=0.9998。测定结果,ATP原料、注射液、片剂、胶囊及注射用粉针回收率依次为100.8%,99.11%,101.7%,97.62%及101.0%。本法具有快速灵敏,准确实用等特点。
High performance liquid chromatography with reversed-phase ion pair was used to qualitatively and quantitatively determine the content of adenosine triphosphate (hereinafter referred to as ATP) and four kinds of preparations. Chromatographic conditions: the mobile phase was 10% acetonitrile-water (containing 15mmolIPR-A); UV detection wavelength was 254nm; the chromatographic column was domestic YWG-C_ (18). The linear range of 0.4 ~ 2.0μg, correlation coefficient γ = 0.9998. The results showed that the recoveries of ATP raw materials, injections, tablets, capsules and powder for injection were 100.8%, 99.11%, 101.7%, 97.62% and 101.0%, respectively. This law is fast and sensitive, accurate and practical and so on.
