中小企业在促进经济发展、增加就业、扩大出口、技术引进与技术创新等方面的作用,越来越引起政府与社会公众对发展中小企业的关注与支持。这为中小企业的发展提供了越来越好的社会环境。但是,在激烈的市场竞争中,中小企业能否站住脚根,并获得发展的机会,最根本的还要看中小企业尤其是处于决策与管理层的企业家如何对自己进行定位,如何获得相应的技术、资金及外部支持,如何以“小”、“快”、“灵”及企业自身的专长到市场中去拼搏、去锻炼。本文介绍的三个中小企业发展的案例介绍与分析,也许对数量众多的中小企业如何寻找更适合自己发展的道路有些启发。
The role of SMEs in promoting economic development, employment growth, export expansion, technology import and technological innovation has drawn more and more attention and support from the government and the general public for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. This has provided a better and better social environment for the development of SMEs. However, in the fierce market competition, whether SMEs can stand their ground and gain opportunities for development depends, at their most fundamental, on how SMEs, especially decision-making and management entrepreneurs, can locate themselves and how to obtain corresponding Technology, capital and external support, how to “small”, “fast”, “spirit” and the company's own expertise to the market to fight, to exercise. This article describes the case of three SME development and analysis, may be a large number of SMEs how to find more suitable for their own development some inspiration.
