一、绩效考核的重要性绩效考核也叫绩效评价,绩效是指社会组织及其部门和人员的工作业绩、成果与效率、效益。它反映了组织和个人的工作实际达到目标的程度与管理者的管理行为的有效程度,是评价组织和个人工作和管理最为核心的指标。绩效评价则是衡量和判断完成工作的数量、质量和效率、效益的过程。绩效考核有利于全面客观地反映组织与个人的工作状况和成果;发现工作与管理过程中存在的问题,总结经验与教训,以便改进和提高绩效;考核结果可以作为使用干部及奖酬发放的依据。
