心室重构是指在各种内外因素作用下引起的左心室心肌原有结构重排,最终导致心律失常、心力衰竭,甚至心脏猝死的发生。炎症反应、心肌钙离子循环障碍和促纤维化因子释放等,都是导致心室重构的重要方面。蛋白激酶C(PKC)通过对炎症、钙离子和纤维化因子的调控,可抑制心室重构,预防猝死的发生。本文通过阐明PKC对这三个方面的调控机制,为逆转心室重构提供治疗靶点。
Ventricular remodeling refers to the original structural rearrangement of left ventricular myocardium caused by various internal and external factors, which eventually leads to arrhythmia, heart failure and even sudden cardiac death. Inflammatory reaction, myocardial calcium circulation disorders and the release of pro-fibrotic factors are all important aspects of ventricular remodeling. Protein kinase C (PKC) regulates ventricular remodeling and prevents sudden death through regulation of inflammation, calcium and fibrosis. This article elucidates the regulatory mechanism of PKC on these three aspects, to provide a therapeutic target for the reversal of ventricular remodeling.
