普通小麦品种免字52是我国小麦秆锈菌的鉴别寄主品种。用中国春单体系列和秆锈菌生理小种34的单孢菌系对免字52进行了抗秆锈病基因的单体分析。并将免字52所含有的抗秆锈病基因与国际上已命名的Sr17基因进行了异同比较。结果表明:免字52在7B染色体上含有隐性抗病基因Sr17。该基因为主动隐性,存在剂量效应,在纯合状态下控制;-;1的侵染型,在半合或杂合状态下不起抗病作用。免字52在5A染色体上存在另一个被动隐性抗病基因,暂定名为SrMZ。该基因在纯合或半合状态下提供3c-X的侵染型,在杂合状态下不起抗病作用。SrMz是与国际上已定位在染色体上的抗秆锈病基因不同的基因。免字52中的Sr17、SrMz和可能还有一些微效基因的共同作用,使免字52对生理小种34呈现免疫的侵染型。正是由于Sr17的作用,才使免字52对我国的小麦秆锈菌21类群和34类群有进一步的区分作用。
Free word 52 of common wheat varieties is the identification of wheat stripe rust host host species. Monosomic analysis of resistance to stem rust genes was carried out on the Chinese characters Monoclonal strain of Chinese Spring Monosomic and Pseudostrophic. The similarities and differences between the anti-stem-rust genes and the internationally-named Sr17 gene contained in Free-Word 52 were also compared. The results showed that: Free word 52 contains recessive resistance gene Sr17 on chromosome 7B. The gene is an active recessive, there is a dose-effect, in the homozygous state control; -; 1 infection type, in the semi-synthetic or heterozygous state can not afford disease-resistant. Free word 52 There is another passive recessive resistance gene on chromosome 5A, tentatively named SrMZ. The gene provides 3c-X infection in homozygous or hemizygous state, and can not play an anti-disease role in the heterozygous state. SrMz is a gene different from the anti-stem rust gene which has been located on the chromosome in the world. The combined action of Sr17, SrMz and perhaps some of the minor genes in the untyped 52 make the immunoglobulin-like 52 pairs of progeny 34 immunocompetent. It is precisely because of the role of Sr17, only to make free word 52 of wheat stripe rust 21 and 34 groups further differentiate effect.
