目的:研究甜荞麦Fagopyrum esculentum花叶的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从荞麦花叶中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为槲皮素(1),山奈酚(2),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),槲皮苷(4),木犀草素-7-O-β-葡萄糖苷(5),芦丁(6)胡萝卜苷(7),β-谷甾醇(8)。结论:化合物3,5为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1,2,4,6为首次从甜荞麦花叶中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Fagopyrum esculentum. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their chemical structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified from buckwheat flower, which were quercetin (1), kaempferol (2), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) Lignin (4), luteolin-7-O-β-glucoside (5), rutin (6), daucosterol (7) and β-sitosterol (8). Conclusion: Compounds 3 and 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1, 2, 4 and 6 were isolated from the leaves of sweet soba for the first time.
