根据湖南黄沙坪铅锌有色金属矿山开采工程水土流失的特点及形式,编制矿山开采工程水土保持方案,通过实施水土保持方案,项目建设区水土流失治理度达到95%以上,土壤侵蚀模数降到0.05万t/km2.a以下,水土流失控制比为100%,工程弃渣拦渣率98%以上,扰动土地整治率达到95%以上,植被恢复系数达到95%以上,林草植被覆盖率30%以上。通过方案的实施,减少了工程建设对环境的破坏,使项目区的生态环境得到了有效保护和改善。
