肢残学生在成长过程中,由于受自身身体条件等约束,经受着太多的挫折,进入特教中职学校,学生正处于生理发育和自我意识迅速发展的阶段,情绪的两极性较为明显,自卑心理愈发显著。如何帮助肢残学生战胜自卑,重拾自信,成为我们特教学校的德育工作重点。本文通过研究特教中职学校肢残学生自信品质缺失的原因,探究培养肢残学生自信品质的途径与策略。
