从秀美江南到雪域高原,从南海之滨到辽阔东北,绵长的边防线上,高耸的大楼,庭院式的营区,处处彰显了部局营房建设三年规划成果丰硕。在落实规划的过程中,全国边防部队认真落实“基层第一”的要求,攻坚克难,勇于探索,充分利用一切积极因素,在环境恶劣的荒滩戈壁,在寸土寸金的发达城市,办公大楼、干部公寓楼拔地而起,改善了官兵的办公条件,解决了干部的后顾之忧,为部队增加了软实力。为此,我们采撷了部分单位营房建设实例,展现营房建设的成果,以期透视部队营房建设的现状,引发读者的思考。——编者 From the beautiful Jiangnan to the snow-covered plateau, from the coast of the South China Sea to the vast northeast, the long border line, towering buildings and courtyard-style camps highlight the fruitful results of the three-year plan for the barrack construction of the ministry. In the process of implementing the plan, the national frontier defense forces have earnestly implemented the requirements of “grassroots first”, tackling difficult and courageous explorations and making full use of all positive factors. In the harsh environment of the deserted beach Gobi, , Office buildings and cadres’ apartment blocks have risen up to improve the working conditions of officers and soldiers, solve the cadre’s worries and increase the soft power of the troops.
