研究了热处理对400HB耐磨板焊接接头组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,焊后不热处理焊缝区组织为板条状贝氏体和块状体素体,热影响区为板条贝氏体组织。焊后300℃低温回火处理和900℃正火、300℃回火处理可显著改善焊接接头热影响区的冲击韧性。400HB耐磨钢板CO2气体保护焊焊后不热处理焊接接头具有良好的强韧性。贝氏体400HB耐磨板在工程机械方面应用具有良好的前景。
The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 400HB wear-resistant plate welded joint was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the weld zone after heat treatment is lath bainite and bulk voxel, and the heat affected zone is lath bainite. Welding 300 ℃ low temperature tempering and 900 ℃ normalizing, 300 ℃ tempering treatment can significantly improve the heat affected zone impact toughness. 400HB wear-resistant steel plate CO2 gas shielded welding heat treatment after welding joints with good toughness. Bainite 400HB wear plate in construction machinery applications have good prospects.
