The control of labor cost has an important influence on the improvement of medical system in our country. This paper analyzes the characteristics of hospital human resource cost management, discusses the factors that affect the control of hospital human resource costs, and analyzes the ways to control the cost of hospital human resources by combining the relevant factors.
