本文在中欧铁路货运集拼方案的设想基础上,考虑顾客的选择行为和基础设施处的拥挤与等货效应,通过构建混合整数规划模型,考察社会福利最大化时的铁路货运集拼中心的最优选址与顾客选择。结合“一带一路”背景下的中国-欧洲铁路货运体系,本文运用上述模型,给出了在乌鲁木齐建设中欧铁路货运集拼中心的建议。
Based on the assumption of China-EU railway freight consolidation program, considering the customers’ selection behavior and the congestion and equivalence effect at the infrastructure, a mixed integer programming model is constructed to investigate the most important factors affecting the distribution of railway freight transportation Preferred location and customer choice. Combining with the China-Europe rail freight system in the context of the “Belt and Road”, this paper gives the suggestion on how to build the hub for freight trains in Central Europe in Urumqi.
