2013年11月22日发生的黄岛管道爆炸事故共造成62人死亡,136人受伤。调查显示,在排水管道内部存在多处混凝土栅栏障碍物,油气在排水管道内聚集爆炸产生的超压和物体碎片是造成伤害的主要原因。为了定量探究障碍物对管道内油气燃爆破坏效应的影响,本文搭建了长3m、内径100mm的油气管道燃爆测试装置,在管道后半段可根据需要安置各类障碍物。在常温常压下以丙烷与空气的混合气为燃爆介质,采用弱点火方式进行了燃爆试验,研究了在不同障碍物阻塞率、数量和间距条件下管道内部的超压分布和变化。
The Huangdao pipeline explosion on November 22, 2013, resulted in 62 deaths and 136 injuries. Surveys show that there are many concrete barriers inside the drainage pipes, and the overpressure and debris caused by the accumulation of oil and gas in the drainage pipes are the main causes of injury. In order to quantitatively study the effect of obstacles on the explosion and destruction of oil and gas in the pipeline, a 3m-long oil and gas pipeline blasting test device with a length of 3m and an inner diameter of 100mm was set up. Various obstructions could be installed in the latter half of the pipeline as needed. Under the normal temperature and pressure, the mixed gas of propane and air was used as the blasting medium, and the blasting test was carried out by adopting the weak ignition method. The distribution and changes of overpressure in the pipeline under different obstruction blocking rate, quantity and spacing were studied.
