使用气相色谱检测有机氯类农药残留,仍然是最经济、普遍的方式。本文针对不同茶叶,采用添加不同量的浓硫酸进行处理,结合GC-μECD建立不同茶类中六六六(α-666、β-666、γ-666、δ-666)、滴滴涕(p,p’-DDE、o,p’-DDD、p,p’-DDT、p,p’-DDT)、三氯杀螨醇9种有机氯类农药检测方法研究,探究出适合不同茶类中各种茶叶磺化法的浓硫酸的使用量,并应用该方法对市场收集的350个茶叶进行了分析。
The use of gas chromatography for the detection of organochlorine pesticide residues remains the most economical and universal way.
