对３６例各种恶性肿瘤和３０例正常人进行血小板聚集率（ＰＡｇＴ）和血浆纤维结合蛋白（Ｆｎ）测定和对照，结果发现：恶性肿瘤伴转移者１７例的ＰＡｇＴ和Ｆｎ均显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；恶性肿瘤不伴转移者１９例仅ＰＡｇＴ升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），而Ｆｎ不升高（Ｐ＞０．０５）．提示：ＰＡｇＴ和Ｆｎ对恶性肿瘤有无转移的判断及对恶性肿瘤的血栓和栓塞并发症的防止有一定价值。
The platelet aggregation rate (PAgT) and plasma fibronectin (Fn) were measured and compared in 36 cases of various malignant tumors and 30 normal persons. The results showed that the PAgT and Fn of 17 cases with malignant tumor metastasis were significantly increased (P <0.01). Only PAgT increased (P <0.01), but Fn did not increase in 19 patients with metastasis (P> 0.05). Tip: PAgT and Fn on the metastasis of malignant tumor judgment and the prevention of malignant thrombosis and embolism have some value.
