十年前,零售行业中有一个流行语,叫做“零售为王”;但是未来十年中,面对激烈的竞争,我国零售业的核心竞争力又将在哪里?中国商业联合会会长张志刚表示:“目前,扩大内需、促进消费,尤其是促进居民最终消费,不仅是国家促进经济社会发展的长期战略方针,而且是广大流通企业、各级商务主管部门、专业机构和行业组织的紧迫任务。我们有理由相信:未来十年,包括零售业在内的中国现代化流通事业应该而且一定会跨上一个新的台阶。”
