磁流体真空往复轴动密封技术是近年来发展起来的一种新型的密封技术。它具有无固体之间的摩擦、能耗低、适于旋转加往复运动的复合运动动密封等优点。本文阐述了磁流体往复轴动密封的特点和原理,并进行了往复运动的振幅,速率、齿形、磁流体注入量以及磁场强度等因素对动密封耐压能力的影响实验。根据实验结果对影响磁流体动密封的主要原因进行了分析和研究
Magnetic fluid vacuum reciprocating shaft seal sealing technology is developed in recent years, a new type of sealing technology. It has no friction between solid, low energy consumption, suitable for rotating plus reciprocating motion of the composite seal and other advantages. In this paper, the characteristics and principle of reciprocating axial dynamic sealing of magnetic fluid are expounded. The effects of reciprocating motion amplitude, velocity, tooth shape, magnetic fluid injection and magnetic field strength on the pressure resistance of the dynamic seal are also discussed. According to the experimental results, the main reasons that affect the magnetic fluid dynamic seal are analyzed and studied
