柴油机曲軸在工作时受有高度的循环应力,故軸頸的几何精度和光洁度要求均很高,光洁度一般在▽▽▽_8以上。要达到这样的光洁度,通常应采用曲軸磨床,但一般制造厂都缺少这种設备。我厂过去是采用精車后砂皮砂光,光洁度仅能保持▽▽▽_7。为此进行了滾軋工艺試驗,并取得初步成效,目前巳轉入正式生产,光洁度可稳定在▽▽▽_8~▽▽▽_9。它对一般不淬硬曲軸表面光洁度的提高,具有积极意义。
