切削力是金属切削中基本问题之一。它对被加工零件的尺寸精度、表面质量、功率消耗以及对机床寿命,机床设计,刀具耐用度均有着重要的影响。因此它是衡量切削用量,刀具几何参数合理选择、衡量工件材料可加工性的一个重要指标。近年来,随着自动化生产的发展,利用切削力的变化讯号直接来控制切削过程也正在开始应用。因此切削力的理论和实验研究愈来愈受到重视。
Cutting force is one of the basic problems in metal cutting. It is the machined parts dimensional accuracy, surface quality, power consumption and the life of the machine tool, machine design, tool durability have a significant impact. Therefore, it is a measure of cutting dosage, the geometric parameters of the tool a reasonable choice to measure the workability of the workpiece material is an important indicator.
