在信息大爆炸的时代,如何快速获取和解读信息已经成为现代公民必备素质之一。在初中历史的学习中,教师主要注重学生四方面能力的考察,分别是获取和解读信息的能力、调动和运用知识的能力、描述和阐述事物的能力、以及论证和探讨问题的能力。获取和解读信息的能力是实现其它三种能力的前提和基础,因此,只有大力培养学生获取和解读历史信息的能力,才能走好解决历史问题的第一步。
In the era of the Big Bang, how to quickly acquire and interpret information has become one of the essential qualities of modern citizens. In the study of junior high school history, teachers mainly focus on the investigation of students’ abilities in four aspects: the ability to acquire and interpret information, the ability to mobilize and use knowledge, the ability to describe and elaborate on things, and the ability to demonstrate and explore problems. The ability to acquire and interpret information is a prerequisite and a foundation for achieving the other three competencies. Therefore, only the first step in resolving the issue of history can be achieved only by vigorously cultivating students’ ability to acquire and interpret historical information.
