本实验采用微波消解法前处理蔬菜样品,ICP-AES法测定了圆白菜GBW1001标准物质中的9种常量与微量矿物质元素的含量。实验结果表明,该方法线性相关系数良好,检出限低,可同时测定蔬菜中的常微量元素;该方法精密度高,分析结果与标准值相吻合。
In this experiment, vegetable samples were pretreated by microwave digestion method, and the content of nine kinds of trace elements and trace elements in GBW1001 cabbage were determined by ICP-AES. The experimental results show that the method has good linear correlation coefficient and low detection limit, which can be used to determine the trace elements in vegetables at the same time. The method has high precision and the analytical results are consistent with the standard values.
