以异辛醇、环氧乙烷和三氧化硫为原料,经乙氧基化和硫酸化合成了一种阴-非离子表面活性剂异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐(i-OE3S)。对其结构进行了表征,对其硫酸化合成工艺进行了研究,并对其相关物化性能进行了测试。结果表明,反应温度为40℃,n(i-OE)∶n(SO_3)=1∶1.25,SO_3气体体积分数为8%,反应时间为20 min的硫酸化条件最优。i-OE3S的Krafft点低于0℃,具有较低的γCMC。
A new anion-nonionic surfactant, iso-octyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (i-OE3S), was synthesized from ethoxylated and sulfated isooctanol, ethylene oxide and sulfur trioxide. Its structure was characterized, its sulfation synthesis process was studied, and its related physical and chemical properties were tested. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the sulfation were as follows: reaction temperature was 40 ℃, n (i-OE): n (SO_3) = 1: 1.25, SO_3 gas volume fraction was 8% and reaction time was 20 min. The Krafft point for i-OE3S was below 0 ° C with lower γCMC.
