目的了解大量输入红细胞成分血(≥5U)对创伤失血患者血细胞的影响。方法回顾性对比分析输血量≥1000ml的创伤失血患者中,分别输入红细胞成分血和全血后血细胞的变化。结果大量输入红细胞成分血患者和全血组的RBC差异没有明显统计学意义(P>0.05);而输红细胞成分血组患者白细胞下降较全血组明显,P<0.05,2组均差异有显著性统计学意义;血小板轻微下降,P>0.05,两组差异没有显著性统计学意义。结论大量输入红细胞成分血和输入全血对比,对创伤大失血患者达到同样的抗休克的临床效果,但降低了血液中的WBC数目,从而降低输血反应,使输血更加合理和科学。
Objective To understand the effect of massive input of erythrocyte component blood (≥5U) on blood cells in patients with traumatic blood loss. Methods Retrospective comparative analysis of blood transfusion in patients with traumatic hemorrhage ≥ 1000ml, were imported red blood cells and whole blood blood cells changes. Results There was no significant difference in RBC between patients receiving RBC and whole blood (P> 0.05), while leukocyte loss in RBC patients was significantly lower than that in whole blood group (P <0.05) Statistical significance; platelet decreased slightly, P> 0.05, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion A large number of imported erythrocyte component blood and whole blood input compared to the trauma patients with hemorrhage to achieve the same anti-shock clinical effect, but reduces the number of WBC in the blood, thereby reducing the transfusion reaction, blood transfusion more reasonable and scientific.
