依据国务院颁布的《汽车工业产业政策》,结合我国汽车工业职工队伍的现状,运用趋势分析、因果分析、综合分析等方法,对我国汽车工业职工总数、专门人才总数、管理专门人才总数和工程技术人员总数及其补充量进行预测与分析。预测结果表明,到2010年,我国汽车工业职工人数将达到238万人,其中专门人才要达到92.3万人,专门人才密度达到38.8％,相当于先进发达国家汽车工业2000年的水平。
According to the “Industrial Policy of the Automobile Industry” promulgated by the State Council and the status quo of the automobile industry staff in our country, the author analyzes the total number of the employees, the total number of specialized personnel, the total number of management professionals and the engineering technology in China’s auto industry by the means of trend analysis, causal analysis and comprehensive analysis The total number of personnel and their complement to predict and analyze. The forecast results show that by 2010, the number of workers in the automobile industry in our country will reach 2.38 million, of which the number of specialists will reach 923,000 and the density of specialized personnel will reach 38.8%, equivalent to the level of the automobile industry in advanced developed countries in 2000.
