在介绍漏磁检测原理的基础上,论述了利用ANSYS有限元对漏磁信号的仿真过程和仿真结果。通过设置路径,分析管道周向磁化,外壁矩形缺陷,产生的漏磁信号与缺陷尺寸及提离值大小之间的对应关系。仿真分析结果表明:(1)通过检测得到的法向和切向漏磁通密度曲线来判断缺陷的腐蚀深度;(2)如果要定量判断缺陷的长度,采用法向信号要比切向信号具有一定优势。
Based on the principle of magnetic flux leakage detection, the simulation process and simulation results of the magnetic flux leakage signal using ANSYS finite element are discussed. By setting the path, the corresponding relationship between the circumferential magnetization of the pipe, the rectangular defect of the outer wall, the generated magnetic flux leakage signal, the size of the defect and the size of the lift-off value is analyzed. The simulation results show that: (1) The normal and tangential leakage magnetic flux density curves are used to judge the corrosion depth of defects; (2) If the length of defect is quantitatively determined, the normal signal should have a Certain advantages.
