目的将中药药味、药性和功效看作一个整体进行研究,构建药味-药性-功效贝叶斯网络,阐明药味、药性和功效之间的复杂关系和内部机制。方法以《神农本草经》、《名医别录》、《新修本草》等历代重要本草著作为信息源,从中选出药性、药味、功效描述详细的60种中药构建药味-药性-功效贝叶斯网络,并用该网络进行贝叶斯推断。结果所建网络稳定可靠,利用贝叶斯公式进行推理,能够反映药味、药性和功效的直接关系和间接关系。结论贝叶斯网络可用于研究药味、药性、功效之间的因果关系和潜在关系,为推断古人认识中药提供了一定的理论依据。
Aim To study the medicinal properties, medicinal properties and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine as a whole, to construct a drug-drug-efficacy Bayesian network to clarify the complex relationship and internal mechanism between the medicinal properties, medicinal properties and efficacy. Methods Based on the sources of ancient Materia Medica, such as Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing, Famous Doctor Do not Record, and New Materia Medica, the author selected 60 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine Sri Lanka network, and use the network for Bayesian inference. Results The network built was stable and reliable, and the Bayesian formula was applied to reason the direct and indirect relationship between drugstore, potency and efficacy. Conclusion The Bayesian network can be used to study the causation and potential relationship between the medicinal properties, medicinal properties and efficacy, and provides a theoretical basis for inferring the ancients’ understanding of traditional Chinese medicine.
