发现用CaCO_3填充的聚丙烯材料,在2θ=11.5°附近有一个新的X-射线衍射峰。该衍射峰的出现与仪器无关,而与CaCO_3对聚丙烯结晶有成核作用和CaCO_3/聚丙烯界面的一种片状结晶结构、与CaCO_3表面性质和大小、试样制备的工艺条件等有关。
A polypropylene material filled with CaCO 3 was found to have a new X-ray diffraction peak near 2θ = 11.5 °. The appearance of this diffraction peak has nothing to do with the instrument, but with CaCO_3 on the nucleation of polypropylene crystallization and CaCO_3 / polypropylene interface of a lamellar crystal structure, and CaCO_3 surface properties and size of the sample preparation process conditions and so on.
