对正常听力受检者658耳(♂345,♀313)的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)进行了记录。测定了BAEP的Ⅰ—Ⅵ波潜伏期,波幅,Ⅰ—Ⅲ、Ⅲ—Ⅳ、Ⅰ—Ⅴ IPL以及Ⅰ—Ⅴ波的ILD和波幅比。发现男女的潜伏期差在≤20岁的未成年组已趋显著,随着年龄增长,差别更加明显。首先出现差别并逐渐显著的是Ⅲ—Ⅵ波潜伏期和Ⅲ—Ⅴ IPL,而Ⅰ—Ⅲ IPL则无明显的统计显著性。本工作证明这种BAEP性别差主要是神经结构发育成熟后造成的,而不能用男女因生活工作条件不同而造成的耳蜗功能差异来解释。BAEP潜伏期随年龄增长而延长,但在个体发育、成熟、衰老阶段呈现快速增大、相对平稳、快速增大的趋势。根据BAEP年龄和性别变化规律提出了供临床诊断用的BAEP Ⅰ—Ⅴ IPL和ILD上限动态标准。
Brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) was recorded in 658 ears (♂345, ♀313) of normal hearing subjects. The latency and amplitude of Ⅰ-Ⅵ waves, the ILD and amplitude ratio of Ⅰ-Ⅲ, Ⅲ-Ⅳ, Ⅰ-Ⅴ IPL and Ⅰ-Ⅴ waves of BAEP were measured. Found that the incubation period of men and women in ≤ 20 years old minors have become significant, with age, the difference is even more pronounced. First and foremost was the latency of III-VI waves and the IPL of III-V, whereas I-III IPL showed no significant statistical significance. This work proves that this BAEP gender difference is mainly caused by the maturation of the neural structure, and can not be explained by differences in cochlear function between men and women due to different living and working conditions. The incubation period of BAEP prolonged with age, but it showed a trend of rapid increase, relatively steady and rapid increase in individual development, maturation and aging. Based on the BAEP age and sex changes, the dynamic BAIP Ⅰ-Ⅴ IPL and ILD upper limit standards for clinical diagnosis were proposed.
