柞蚕雄蛾粉在625～1250mg/kg剂量范围内对家兔用药10天,可显著降低家兔肝脏过氧化脂质的含量,增强r—谷氨酰转肽酶活性,对谷丙转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性无明显影响。
The tussah male moth powder was administered to rabbits in the dose range of 625 to 1250 mg/kg for 10 days, which significantly reduced the content of hepatic lipid peroxidation and enhanced the activity of r-glutamyl transpeptidase in the rabbits. Dehydrogenase activity had no significant effect.
