对826例遗传咨询病人的外周血淋巴细胞作了G带显染色体分析,检出异常核型128例,占15.5％。某中鉴定为世界首报核型5种,国内尚未见报道的3种。
Peripheral blood lymphocytes of 826 patients with genetic counseling were analyzed by G-band chromosomal aberration, 128 cases of abnormal karyotype were detected, accounting for 15.5%. One identified in the world for the first five kinds of karyotype, three have not been reported in China.
