有美食不可无美酒,好酒要配好肉,这些都是最基本的饮食“规律”。然而,世界癌症研究基金会于本周发表最新研究报告称,即使进食少量红肉(包括猪、牛、羊肉),也会增加患癌风险。更有人将红肉对人体的危害形容得和吸烟一样,虽说有些过激,但为了趋利避害,专家们还是建议,每天吃红肉不应该超过80克。对于饮酒量,专家建议每天最多2杯红酒。
