通过GPRS(General Packet Radio Service通用无线分组业务)网络,将实时工况信息传输给远程故障诊断平台,实现回转窑测温系统的各类远程故障诊断,如系统电源故障、设备故障、报警情况、系统设置变化情况等,并在远程故障诊断平台上建立专家知识库,根据关键工况信息和专家知识库,可以对设备故障原因进行及时诊断,利用该平台可大大节省生产成本,提高生产效率。
Through the General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) network, the real-time working condition information is transmitted to the remote fault diagnosis platform to realize various remote fault diagnosis of the rotary kiln temperature measurement system, such as system power failure, equipment failure, alarm condition, System setting changes, etc., and set up an expert knowledge base on the remote fault diagnosis platform. According to the key work condition information and expert knowledge base, the cause of equipment failure can be timely diagnosed. The platform can greatly reduce the production cost and increase the production efficiency.
