前瞻性研究观察18例患者,20个周期,通过阴道向腹膜内输送卵母细胞及精子(POST)的妊娠情况。18例患者中4例原因不明不孕,13例用供精者人工授精失败,1例男性因素不孕。年龄在32.65±5.0岁;不孕平均5.07±2.32年。选择病人标准为:①至少2年未孕。②自发、规律排卵周期26～34天(黄体中期血孕酮水平>30mmol/L。③两年内作腹腔镜检查证实卵管有功能,或子宫输卵管造影正常。不明原因不孕者,男方精液检查正常,
