本文在梳理国外关于大数据研究的基础上,分析了大数据在人才引进、人才服务、社会保障、大学生就业四个领域的功用。无锡“530计划”申报及管理系统运作的实践证明,管理者可以借助数据库,将所获得信息及时分类并作出明智的决策。借助对人才服务中的数据分析,能够找到人才服务“应该先做的事情”。此外,在社会保障中,数据化与信息化可以使共享产生新的价值。而在大学生就业中引入智能数据分析,最有效的途径是建设实名制数据库。
Based on the researches on big data in foreign countries, this paper analyzes the function of big data in four fields: introduction of talents, service of talents, social security and employment of college students. Wuxi “530 plan ” application and management system operation proved that managers can use the database, the information obtained timely classification and make informed decisions. With the help of the data analysis of talent service, we can find the talent service “Things to do first”. In addition, in social security, dataization and informatization can create new value for sharing. The most effective way to introduce intelligent data analysis in college students employment is to build a real-name database.
